I’ve been a customer since 2021, both for tailoring, and to have a bespoke suit made, and I have always found both the service of Tess and Max and the quality of the work to be immaculate. It was easy for me to get started on custom tailoring with them, and to grow into more specific asks as I become more comfortable. I’d especially recommend them as an American who is often in London only for short bursts - they are quite able to accommodate my schedule. I will certainly be back.

What a wonderful experience we had with Max at Savile Row Custom Made! He really knew his stuff and made the whole process from choosing materials, fittings and advice for my son and grandsons wedding suits so amazingly easy! He had endless patience with us and the end products were outstanding! I had the most beautiful suit made for me recently, I’m incredibly pleased with it. The range of materials and colours is huge, I had lots of fun customising all of the little details. I was even able to get a little detail made for my pants so I could have an option of interchangeable length. The turnaround was very quick too, I came in sometime mid-late autumn and by the end of February already had the suit and two shirts completely finished. Huge thanks to Tess for being the genius behind the architecture of these clothes!

I can't thank Maximilian enough for his guidance and expertise in helping design my suit. I visited a few tailors in the spring to seek advice and I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable at Savile Row Customer Made. Maximilian is a true professional and as I say, helped guide me through each step of the process. The quality of the suit is superb and I thoroughly enjoyed the designing it and seeing a true craftsman at work during each fitting. They were extremely flexible to accommodate my diary and as always the hospitality was superb. I would highly recommend Savile Row Custom Made.
